The markets have been in a small tight range for the past few months which
makes trading difficult. They are now making large moves driven by
unforeseen news events. We are hoping that the market ranges continue to
open up to allow for more profitable trades. We have ended the month of
April with a -5.39% return. As always, please feel free to contact us with

As we wind down the first quarter of 2010, Fox Capital is proud to
announce that they have won another Barclay Hedge’s Top 10 Award in the
Stock Index sector. We currently rank 6th by monthly return and 2nd for
year to date return. With rankings in the top 10, you can’t go wrong by

A cold February has come to a close. We are enthusiastic about 2010. As
of February 28th Fox Capital is up 4.28% for the month with a year to date
total of 7.29%!
Fox Capital has registered itself with several websites that rank the
performance of CTA’s (Commodity Trading Advisors) throughout the
world. We are very excited to see how our performance ranks in the
industry. We will be posting a link to the websites for anyone interested in
following our rankings. If you have any questions or would like any further

It’s hard to believe that another year has begun. We are looking forward to
what 2010 has to bring. As of January 31, we are happy to report a 3%
gain in our accounts for the month. If you have any questions regarding our

As you can see from our monthly update, our performance has suffered due
to the narrow range bound markets in November and December. Although
we had a rough couple of months, we are happy to report a positive return
for 2009. As the new year begins, Fox Capital is looking forward to a
prosperous 2010.
